Real-time dynamic infrared imaging system
This system equipped with advanced uncooled focal plane imaging system, compared with other mechanical scanning system, besides non-contact system, it is faster and more accurate.its precision imaging 25 per second, can adapt to the rapid rotary kiln furnace turn a week to get more image, each measurement point on the furnace body positioning is 6 cm* 6 cm, the dimension is less than the palms of human, even a piece of refractory brick can be detected accurately.
Synchronization imaging
Data is processed by the 586 industrial computer , it will show real-time temperature distribution of the whole kiln body and color images very clearly. Every thermal image is composed of 320*240 points, each point is corresponding to each kiln part. In the case of several appear red kiln, such as using the usual thermometer, thermometer due to the limitation of scanning speed, the remaining part of the kiln will not be detected at the same time and the entire kiln is a thermal imager telemetry furnace and synchronization imaging, no missing parts. So both red kiln parts and bright spots can be detected at the same time.
High temperature resolution
High sensitivity infrared detector, its temperature resolution can reach < 0.5℃ (200℃target).Thus the rotary kiln internal combustion situation even subtle changes (especially for local loss of refractory brick) can be reflected in time, combining software, it also predict the trend, to avoid accident, thereby reducing unnecessary downtime and the replacement of refractory brick, reduce fuel consumption.
